F30 Gym Series

  • Legs Bums & Tums
    • A lower body focus intense workout targeting your legs, glutes and abdominals. This session will tone up those areas and speed up weight loss.
  • Learnt to Lift
    • A small group introductory weight training programme designed to build your technique, skills and confidence in mastering the core lifts that are proven to make you stronger and support your overall health and fitness goals
  • Mobility & Flexibility 
    • A combination of stretching methods and mobility exercises which aim to relieve tired muscles and soreness. These methods will help with day to day life feeling less stiff and more mobile when you exercise.
