Pool Party – available on Saturdays and Sundays all year round, subject to availability.
- All ages (subject to adult supervision).
- A mixture of structured games lead by our Party Host and supervised free play.
- Saturdays
- 2.20-2.30pm – Arrival and changing
- 2.30-3.30pm – Pool session
- 3pm – Access provided to Studio for food section set up and dress
- 3.30-3.40pm – Changing
- 3.40-4.30pm – Food section of the party.
- Sundays
- 2-2.15pm – Arrival and changing
- 2.15-3.15pm – Pool session
- 2.45pm – Access provided to Studio for food section set up and dress
- 3.15-3.30pm – Changing
- 3.30-4.30pm – Food section of the party.
- £300 – includes a party host (qualified lifeguard or swimming teacher) and lifeguard supervision.
- Max 28 guests.
- Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. A minimum of one adult to two children where children are 4 years or younger. Or a maximum of three children to one adult where at least two children are over the age of 4 but under the age of 8 years of age.
- All non-swimmers will be limited to the shallow end of the pool only and we advise that swimming aids are worn.
Terms & Conditions
- Food or drink you wish to consume must be ‘ready to go’ as we have no storage or cooking facilities
- Party guest maximums and adult to child swimming ratio must not be exceeded.
- The consumption of alcohol is prohibited on the premises
- Only once full payment has been made will bookings be secured
- We allow 30 minutes either side of the food section for setting and up and setting down.
- If you cancel your booking with more than two weeks notice you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your booking with less than two weeks notice you will be refunded 50% of your payment
- Bookings must be confirmed at least 1 month prior to the booking date.
- We offer the option of using our portable music player for the food section of the party, provided the customer is able to source their own non-explicit music and Bluetooth source.
The above is the standard offer for children’s birthday parties and are not subject to change upon individual requests.
